Australia’s gender equality scorecard

Dismantling the cultural and structural barriers that limit women’s ability to
engage in employment and then progress to leadership roles is central to achieving
gender equality. This paper presents key results from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency’s 2013-2014 reporting data, giving the most comprehensive picture to date of the status of gender equality in Australian workplaces.
